FLAT GRINDING MACHINE RSP 150/2500/8UR-150: 10.000 kgs. of ruggedness and quality!
We have recently delivered a new flat grinding machine with 8 belt units to a leading Italian manufacturer of high quality metal furnishing.
For what concerns the mechanic it is an extremely rugged machine, equipped with state-of-the-art electronic devices, meeting the requirements of Industry 4.0, that allow to receive very useful information and data directly on the company computer.
The high number of units allows to obtain a very fine finishing in a single pass with the purpose of preparing the workpieces for the next chrome plating operation.
The machine can also work very small lengths (up to 200 mm) without having to use magnetic chucks.
