BRUSHING LINE FOR SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR TUBES MOD. STQ/150/4UR SPECIAL
This plant has been specially designed for brushing flat parts, both square and rectangular.
The line carries out the simultaneous finishing of the 4 faces and it has a very high productivity.
This machine can be realised in two versions, with vertical brushing (cup brushes) or horizontal brushing (traditional brushes).
It is possible to use different types of tools such as steel wire brushes, flap wheels, Tynex or Scotch-Brite brushes and work aluminium, steel, stainless steel or other metals.
One of the processing purposes is the preparation of sections to painting, with satin-finish effect in case of aluminium or stainless steel.
