The traditional centreless machines for grinding and polishing tubes, bars and cylindrical parts with small-medium diameters, available in various configurations, both manual and automatic, for meeting the different working requirements.
The model CPS 400/3000 makes the grinding operation, wet or dry, by means of belt units, whereas the model CP 500 is equipped with working units for dry brushing by means of flap wheels, or for dry polishing and buffing by means of sisal or cotton mops and feeding of solid or liquid abrasive compound.
Wide working range with possibility of processing diameters from 2,5 up to 168,3 mm. and length from a minimum of 20 mm. up to a maximum of 20 meters.
The machines can be provided with different piece driving systems, automatic loading and unloading devices depending on the type of pieces to be worked, inlet and outlet roller conveyors, electronic control by PLC S7 or manual control by electromechanics, safety guards against accidents or sound-proof/protection cabins complying with CE standards.
