A system designed for using belts wrapped around rolls with trip recovery, for the processing of microfinishing and lapping on steel surfaces, before or after chromium plating.
These superfinishing units can be installed individually on a feeding system by motorized rollers, downstream of a round grinding machine or on a lathe fitted on the opposite side to the tool turret.
This type of satin-finishing allows to reach roughness levels lower than 0.05 Ra.
