Brushing equipment for stainless steel square sections

Brushing equipment for stainless steel square sections composed of a grinding unit Mod. AS 175 and a brushing machine Mod. STQ/150/4UR.

The working cycle is carried out as follows: 
1^st phase = grinding of the weld bead with the unit Mod. AS 175   
2^nd phase = simultaneous brushing of the four sides of the section by means of the brushing machine Mod. STQ/150/4UR

This equipment allows to remove the weld bead and brush the section on the four sides.

The use is suitable for tube-mills that directly form the tube with square section (i.e. field of stainless steel shelves for pharmaceutical and sanitary market).
