Centerless line for finishing stainless steel round tubes composed of grinding machine with 8 belt units and polishing machine with 2 mop units, automatic bundle loader, inlet roller conveyor, outlet V-guide and automatic unloader, for pieces 6 meter long.
Working capacity Ø 10 ÷ 100 mm. approx., abrasive belt size 3000x200 mm., polishing mop dimensions Ø 500x200 mm., hoods of the working units made of stainless steel, electronic control by PLC.
The grinding machine works wet and it is complete with electropump and decantation tank with filter fabric cleaner, whereas the polishing machine works dry.
