Special brushing unit <\/strong>specifically designed for the in-line finishing of aluminum sheet metal<\/strong>, in a coil-to-coil configuration.<\/p>\n

Working width from 50 to 420 mm; maximum feed speed of 20 m\/min (achieved with the dual brushing unit configuration).<\/p>\n

The machine features a rigid heavy-duty frame designed to house the brushing unit and its dedicated steel pressure roller; the assembly is fully enclosed within a specialized casing to optimize dust extraction.<\/p>\n

Brushing unit featuring motorized brush approach and retraction<\/strong>, equipped with a handwheel for micrometric manual adjustment and<\/strong> a pneumatic quick-release system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The brush approach and retraction movement is performed via sliding on dedicated linear guides; the brush operates opposite a steel pressure roller, which is idler-mounted on the main structure.<\/p>\n

The process <\/strong>is performed dry<\/strong>; therefore, the unit is equipped with a specific suction hood to be connected to a dust extraction system (optional).<\/p>\n
