Grinding systems for ball valve edges consist of:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • One (or two) continuous-rotation tables<\/strong>, featuring a handwheel-operated mechanical speed variator to adjust rotation according to the valve size; the table supports a stepped workpiece holder, sized to accommodate different valve bore diameters.<\/li>\n
  • Abrasive belt working unit <\/strong>equipped with an oscillation system, also sized according to the dimensions of the valves to be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The working cycle is automatically managed via PLC.<\/p>\n
