We have recently delivered a new surface grinding machine with 8 abrasive belt units to a major Italian manufacturer of metal components for high-end furniture.

The machine is mechanically extremely robust and equipped with latest-generation electronic devices, compliant with Industry 4.0 requirements, which allow for a range of highly useful data and information to be received directly on the company PC.

The high number of units allows for a very fine finish in a single pass, specifically designed to prepare the parts for the subsequent chrome-plating process.

The machine can also process very short lengths (down to 200 mm) without the need for magnetic chucks.
