Brushing machines for use on lines equipped with TIG, LASER, and H.F. welding systems. These units feature 4 brushes to simultaneously brush all four surfaces of stainless steel square and/or rectangular tubes in a single pass.

Simple adjustment of the working angle, automatic brush wear compensation, maximum sturdiness, and ease of use and maintenance—all within a compact footprint. The process is performed as a dry operation.

Option to equip brush rotation motors, brush centering motors, and oscillating motors with inverters.

The STQ brushing machine range includes various models depending on the dimensions to be processed, with production speeds up to 100 m/min. (An 8-unit model is also available upon request):

• Mod. STQ/4U MIGNON – working capacity: min. 10 mm – max. 50 mm
• Mod. STQ/150/4UR: (available in STANDARD version and SPECIAL version with external motors) – working capacity: min. 10 mm – max. 100 mm
• Mod. STQ/300/4UR: (available in STANDARD version and SPECIAL version with external motors) – working capacity: min. 100 mm – max. 300 mm
