Planetary brushing machines suitable for processing round surfaces of all materials, both ferrous and non-ferrous. Generally used for stainless steel tube brushing, these machines are available in various models according to the diameters to be processed and the feed speeds, designed for installation on TIG, LASER, and H.F. welding lines.

The PL series machines are equipped with two brushes (flap wheels, Scotch-Brite, or Tynex) and are characterized by a compact footprint and maximum efficiency. Key features include automatic wear compensation, the option to install inverters for regulating drum rotation and/or brush speed, and dry processing.

The models in this series are suitable for installation on TIG and LASER welding lines.

The SP series brushing machines, by contrast, feature larger dimensions and are designed for installation on LASER and H.F. lines, catering to high-speed processing (up to 100 m/min) and high working pressures, while ensuring perfect stability and soundproofing.
The SP series machines are also equipped with two large brushes (flap wheels, Scotch-Brite, or Tynex) with peripheral speed adjustable via inverter. The drum diameter is optimized to house all drive mechanisms, and the units feature inverters for drum speed regulation, dry processing, and electronic management via S7 PLC.

These machines can also be used after the tube cut-to-length operation or as standalone units off-line, featuring automatic loading and unloading systems, as well as inlet and outlet roller conveyors.
