The high flexibility and versatility of this type of machine allow the user to achieve different types of finishes by adjusting the cutting speeds and using various types of abrasive belts and brushes.

Model RSP 400/3000 performs wet or dry grinding via abrasive belt units, while model SPP 400 is equipped with dry brushing units using flap wheels, Tynex or steel wire brushes, or for dry buffing and polishing using sisal or cotton wheels with the application of solid or liquid abrasive compound.

Also available in a combined version featuring abrasive belts, brushes, and a planetary system with so-called ‘cup’ brushes, suitable for deburring flat parts that have been punched, laser-cut, or waterjet-cut.

Wide working range with the possibility of processing thicknesses from 0.5 to 300 mm and lengths from a minimum of 10 mm up to a maximum of 8 meters.

The machines are available in various models for different working widths (150-200-300-400-500 mm) and can be equipped with automatic loaders and unloaders, inlet and outlet roller conveyors, automatic tilters, return conveyor belts, and electronic management via Siemens S7 PLC.

Furthermore, a model with opposed units is available for the simultaneous processing of two sides of square/rectangular parts with a minimum length of 2 meters.
