Machines suitable for brushing and polishing flat parts (such as sheets, profiles, plates, nameplates, and frames) to achieve high-end finishes. The use of this machine is particularly effective when part dimensions or specific cycle requirements make traditional flat finishing machines unsuitable.

The machine consists of a bed on which the polishing unit carriage is mounted, sliding on longitudinal steel guides; both stroke and speed are adjustable. In addition to their rotation, the polishing rollers are equipped with an adjustable axial oscillation device; this allows for cross-cutting, ensuring an even and effective finish.

The two polishing wheels can work simultaneously or individually (for roughing and finishing the part).

The machine is available in various versions for surfaces of different widths and lengths, equipped with either one or two brushes.
Both solid and liquid abrasive compounds can be used.

All versions are managed by a Siemens PLC, featuring a touch-screen panel for the control of all machine functions.
