Traditional centerless machines for processing the cylindrical surfaces of tubes, bars, and small-to-medium diameter parts represent a well-established solution for small and medium-sized production runs.
Available in various manual and automatic configurations, they are designed to meet diverse processing requirements.

The CPS 400/3000 model performs wet or dry grinding operations using abrasive belt units.
The CP 500 model, on the other hand, is equipped with brushing units for the following operations:

• dry brushing using flap wheels
• dry cleaning and polishing using sisal or cotton wheels, with the application of solid or liquid abrasive compound.

The machines guarantee a wide working range, with the capability to process diameters from 2.5 to 400 mm and lengths from a minimum of 20 mm up to a maximum of 20 meters.

The number and type of working units vary depending on the processing cycle and the required finishing grade. The systems can be equipped with automatic part loading and unloading systems, inlet and outlet roller conveyors, or other handling systems, as well as electronic management via S7 PLC or manual electromechanical control.

The machines are supplied in compliance with CE standards, complete with safety and soundproofing enclosures, and equipped with all necessary safety devices.
