In-line brushing machine with two opposed units for coil-to-coil sheet metal.
The brush material is to be determined based on the required finishing quality and the initial condition of the sheet metal prior to processing.
The machine is composed of the following:
- Rigid frame designed to house the two brushing units.
- Brushing unit with two opposed tools, featuring motorized approach and quick-release systems
- Hydraulic brush oscillation system (including hydraulic power unit)
- Easy-to-replace brush-holder spindle shaft, allowing for quick and efficient tool changeover.
- Brush rotation electric motors, 7.5 kW each.
- Dry processing
