Brushing system for stainless steel square profiles, consisting of one Mod. AS 175 grinding unit and one Mod. STQ/150/4UR brushing machine.

The working cycle is performed as follows:
Stage 1: Grinding of the weld bead using the Mod. AS 175 unit.
Stage 2: Simultaneous brushing of all 4 sides of the profile using the Mod. STQ/150/4UR machine.

This application allows for the removal of the weld bead while simultaneously brushing the profile on all four sides.

This application is ideal for profiles formed directly into a square section, such as those used in the stainless steel shelving sector for the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
