Grinding systems for ball valve edges consist of:
- One (or two) continuous-rotation tables, featuring a handwheel-operated mechanical speed variator to adjust rotation according to the valve size; the table supports a stepped workpiece holder, sized to accommodate different valve bore diameters.
- Abrasive belt working unit equipped with an oscillation system, also sized according to the dimensions of the valves to be processed.
The working cycle is automatically managed via PLC.
