An automatic grinding system for stainless steel round tubes, Mod. SF 3000/200/6U, featuring 6 belt working units, was recently delivered and installed in Germany at HARTMANN EDELSTAHLROHRE GmbH, a leading company in the production of special stainless steel tubes, processed and cut to length.

The machine is equipped with an automatic diameter change system and can grind diameters ranging from 15 to 80 mm. The absolute novelty is its ability to automatically load and unload tubes with lengths from 400 to 6,400 mm using a roller conveyor system.

The plant also features a self-cleaning system, centralized lubrication, step-by-step internal and external tube drying using high-performance blowing nozzles, self-diagnosis, storage of processing diameters, an anti-overlap system for tubes on the loader, and much more. The internal parts of the machine most exposed to the process are made of stainless steel.
