A new automatic grinding and deburring system, Mod. RSP 400/3000/2U-300, featuring two belt units and one orbiting brushing unit, has been delivered to a leading automotive company for processing steel brake assembly plates. This surface grinder is equipped with dedicated options for this specific application, the result of years of experience and close collaboration developed directly with the Customer.

The system is complete with an automatic loading system, stainless steel abrasive belt guards, a double safety system that identifies parts to be rejected or not ground in case of incorrect loading, a rinsing system at the outlet, an electromagnet holding system, and more. The plant also features a high-pressure self-cleaning system positioned in areas most difficult to reach manually.

In addition to the grinding action, the machine is equipped with a vertical brushing station designed to deburr the plates along their perimeter and inside any holes.
