We present the updated version of our longitudinal brushing/polishing machine, Mod. MULTIPLA UV.

This machine was designed for products requiring a mirror superfinish that cannot be achieved with traditional centerless machines.

With this model, it is possible to process parts of various sections (circular, square, rectangular, elliptical, oval, etc.) with lengths up to 6 meters.

The machine is equipped with four opposing working units, each featuring two brushes (500 x 600 mm wide), one for cleaning and the other for polishing.

The cleaning wheels are equipped with automatic liquid abrasive paste feeders, high-pressure spray guns, and two tanks complete with double-diaphragm pumps.

The workpieces are clamped at their ends by means of tailstocks; the tools, working longitudinally to the axis of the part, cross the cut of the previous process, ensuring a faster and more accurate finish.

The machine incorporates high-tech mechanisms and systems such as brushless motors, helical gears, and inverters, which ensure high performance. The work cycle is electronically managed via S7 PLC, with the possibility of storing processing parameters for each profile and recalling them easily. The system can be Industry 4.0 ready.
